At Sunymar Shop, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. Please review our refund policy carefully before placing an order.

1. No Refunds for Customer Errors

We do not offer refunds for the following situations:
   •    Errors made by the customer, such as incorrect design or text provided for custom orders.
   •    Late delivery due to issues outside our control (e.g., incorrect shipping information provided by the customer or courier delays)

2. Refunds or Replacements for Errors on Our End

We will offer a replacement or a full refund in the following cases:
   •    A mistake was made on our part (e.g., incorrect product sent or errors in the custom design due to our oversight).
   •    The product arrives damaged.

To request a refund or replacement, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and provide clear photos of the issue for verification.

3. Custom Orders

For personalized or custom-designed items:
   •    Once a design is approved by the customer, no refunds will be issued.
   •    If the customer changes their mind after the custom order has been shipped, we cannot provide a refund or ship a new design without a new order being placed.
   •    If there is a delay in finalizing the design due to back-and-forth communication, this may impact the shipping timeline, but no refund will be issued for such delays.

4. How to Request a Refund or Replacement

If you believe you are eligible for a refund or replacement, please contact us at Sunymarr@gmail.com with the following details:

    •    Your Name
   •    Your order number.
   •    A description of the issue.
   •    Photos of the product (if damaged or incorrect).
We will review your request and respond within 2 business days.

5. Shipping Costs

  •    Refunds will not include shipping costs unless the issue was caused by us.
   •    If a replacement is approved, we will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item.
