• Custom orders may take longer to process due to design approval and communication.
2. Shipping Times
• Standard Shipping: Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after the order has been processed.
• Express Shipping: Delivery is typically overnight for orders placed with express shipping.
3. Shipping Costs
• We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $65.
• Shipping fees for orders under $65 or express shipping will be calculated at checkout.
4. Shipping Areas
We currently ship only within the USA.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your package.
6. Delivery Issues
• Sunymar Shop is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
• If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately so we can assist you.
7. Additional Information for Custom Orders
• For custom orders, the shipping timeline may be delayed due to the time required for design approvals.
• Orders will not ship until the design is finalized and approved by the customer.
